Styling & Services
Styled by Virginia provides personalized styling recommendations, wardrobe guidance, shopping assistance, and related fashion consulting services. All styling recommendations are based on professional expertise, client preferences, product availability, and budget considerations.
Styled by Virginia does not guarantee the availability of specific products, sizes, colors, or inventory from third-party retailers.
Payment
Payment is required according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Services will not begin until the required deposit or payment has been received. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Consultations and appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Styled by Virginia reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of styling services, all payments are non-refundable.
If a client chooses not to purchase recommended items or discontinue services after work has begun, refunds will not be issued for time already invested in consultations, research, styling, shopping, or lookbook creation.
Travel
Travel fees may apply for in-person styling services outside of the local service area. Travel expenses will be invoiced separately.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, styling materials, lookbooks, and digital resources, is the property of Styled by Virginia and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Client Purchase & Returns Policy
Styled by Virginia provides personalized shopping recommendations and direct links to retailers; however, all purchases are made directly between the client and the retailer.
Clients are responsible for:

With the client’s permission, as set forth in our signed agreement, Styled by Virginia may use photographs, testimonials, videos, media appearances, and styling project details for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, educational, and promotional purposes.
Client privacy is always respected. No images, testimonials, or identifying information will be shared without consent.
Media Styling Confidentiality
